Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong System Administrator / IT Manager who can independently manage our IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, and internal tools. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in network management, user support, and basic server/cloud administration. Knowledge of Zoho applications is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure & Network Management
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure uptime
- Manage IP allocation, VPN access, and network security policies
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/network issues
2. Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies in Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Support Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other M365 apps
- Configure email policies, distribution lists, and security groups
- Ensure data backup, compliance, and access control
3. Device & Asset Management
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
- Manage OS updates, antivirus, and endpoint security
- Maintain IT asset inventory and AMC/vendor coordination
4. Zoho & Internal Tools Support
- Provide basic administration and troubleshooting for Zoho applications (Recruit, People, Payroll, etc.)
- Coordinate with Zoho support for escalations
- Assist teams with configuration, access, and workflow issues
5. IT Support & Operations
- Provide timely L1/L2 support to employees (onsite & remote)
- Handle ticketing, documentation, and IT process compliance
- Support onboarding/offboarding (device setup, access provisioning, deactivation)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of Zoho applications (preferred)
- Good understanding of Windows OS, basic Linux knowledge is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Strong documentation and process‑oriented mindset
- Good English communication skills (spoken & email)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
