Position Overview
The Primary Teacher (PRT) – English will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students of Primary Classes (I to V). The teacher will focus on developing reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, while nurturing creativity, confidence, and communication abilities in young learners, in line with CBSE and NCERT guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Responsibilities
- Teach English to Classes I–V using child-centric and activity-based teaching methods.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Teach phonics, vocabulary, grammar, comprehension, creative writing, and spoken English.
- Use stories, poems, role-play, rhymes, and interactive activities to enhance language skills.
- Integrate ICT tools, audio-visual aids, and smart classroom resources in teaching.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct regular assessments, worksheets, and class activities to track student progress.
- Maintain assessment records, notebooks, and portfolios as per school norms.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents for continuous improvement.
Student Development
- Encourage confidence in spoken English and communication skills.
- Identify learning difficulties and conduct remedial support when required.
- Promote good values, discipline, reading habits, and classroom etiquette.
Administrative & Co-curricular Duties
- Actively participate in school assemblies, celebrations, events, and activities.
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and communicate progress effectively.
- Support school initiatives, clubs, and language-based activities.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Principal or School Management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline, D.El.Ed / B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- CTET Qualification: Preferred / As per CBSE norms
- Experience: Teaching experience in primary classes preferred, Freshers with strong English proficiency may apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
