- Manage the organization's overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization to ensure financial stability.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Review journal entries, ledger balances, and financial reports for accuracy.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory returns.
- Monitor compliance with all applicable financial laws and regulations.
- Handle tax planning, assessments, notices, and correspondence with government authorities.
- Coordinate with external consultants and tax advisors when required.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Lead internal and statutory audits and ensure timely completion.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor departmental expenditure.
- Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual expenses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Monitor operational costs and recommend corrective measures.
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and present MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop profitability reports by department, project, customer, or business unit.
Payroll & Employee Benefits
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions are accurately calculated.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other employee benefits.
Banking & Treasury
- Manage banking relationships, loan documentation, and working capital facilities.
- Monitor daily cash positions and optimize fund utilization.
- Handle investments, fixed deposits, and treasury operations.
Risk Management
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage for company assets and operations.
- Maintain compliance with risk management policies.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team.
- Allocate work, review performance, and ensure timely completion of financial activities.
- Conduct training on accounting standards and compliance requirements.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and regulatory authorities.
- Support senior management in financial planning, business expansion, and investment decisions.
- Assist in due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring when required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
