We're looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our automobile team.
Position: Automobile Quality Control / Floor Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily workshop/floor operations.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained for all vehicles.
- Inspect repair and service work before vehicle delivery.
- Manage technicians and allocate work efficiently.
- Monitor productivity, safety, and workplace discipline.
- Maintain quality records and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with customers and the service team to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred).
- Experience in automobile workshop operations and quality control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and maintain high-quality standards.
Location: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra
