Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Growth Account will be responsible for driving business growth through market research, lead generation, and client acquisition across the logistics, e-commerce, and aggregator segments. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client onboarding, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct data mining and market research to identify potential clients across logistics, e-commerce, and aggregator industries
- Build and maintain a robust database of prospective clients and key decision-makers
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities
Business Development & Growth:
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth strategies
- Support the sales team in lead qualification and conversion
- Develop insights to improve targeting and outreach strategies
Client Onboarding & Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams for seamless execution
- Ensure timely resolution of onboarding and operational challenges
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on lead pipeline and conversion status
- Share market insights, performance metrics, and growth opportunities with stakeholders
- Monitor key KPIs related to business growth and client acquisition
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Knowledge of logistics, e-commerce, or aggregator ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in business development, growth, or market research roles
- Experience in logistics/e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
