Customer Care Executive
Location: Tilak Nagar, Delhi
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about the company's services and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Achieve daily and weekly communication and service targets.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or telecalling will be an advantage.
- Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
