Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Indore
Reporting To: Floor Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales, handling customers, and supporting smooth showroom operations while ensuring excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and provide personalized jewellery consultation
- Achieve sales targets and handle high-value clients
- Guide and support junior sales staff
- Maintain product knowledge (Gold, Diamond, Silver, etc.)
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation
- Coordinate with inventory for stock availability
- Assist in billing and follow company policies
- Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred)
- 8–10 years of jewellery retail experience
- Good communication and sales skills
- Presentable and customer-focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
