Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers
- Handle customer enquiries through calls and messages
- Prepare quotations and invoices using accounting software
- Coordinate order processing and customer follow-ups
- Conduct sales calls to generate business opportunities
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Visit clients when required for business development
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/accounting software preferred)
- Ability to handle customers confidently
- Sales-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Prior experience in sales or electrical goods will be an advantage, but not mandatory
