Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Consultant to lead our digital marketing initiatives and manage the hospital's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring digital content across all social media and digital channels while ensuring that the hospital's website and online information remain accurate and up to date.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage the hospital's official Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging healthcare-related content, including posts, reels, videos, patient awareness campaigns, and doctor highlights.
- Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.
Website & Digital Presence
- Maintain and update the hospital website with the latest information.
- Coordinate updates to doctor profiles, specialties, services, contact details, timings, announcements, and health packages.
- Ensure all online information is accurate, consistent, and current.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and conversions.
Content Development
- Coordinate with doctors and departments to create educational healthcare content.
- Develop promotional materials for new services, health camps, awareness programs, and events.
- Work closely with designers and photographers to produce high-quality digital content.
Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and patient feedback.
- Manage the hospital's Google Business Profile and other healthcare directories.
- Enhance the hospital's online reputation through proactive engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website and social media analytics.
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, audience growth, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Recommend improvements based on data and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
- Hospital or healthcare digital marketing experience is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and website content management.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
