Job Summary
Krishna Hyundai is looking for an Insurance Executive who can efficiently manage vehicle insurance operations and provide excellent customer support while ensuring smooth coordination with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle new vehicle insurance policy issuance and processing
Coordinate insurance renewals and follow up with customers
Prepare and explain insurance quotations to customers
Maintain regular communication with insurance companies
Assist customers in insurance claim processing and documentation
Maintain insurance records and daily reports
Track and follow up on expired and due policies
Provide customers with information regarding insurance products and benefits
Achieve assigned insurance targets
Coordinate with sales and service departments for insurance-related activities
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in automobile or insurance industry will be preferred
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
