We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative / Business Development Executive to promote our healthcare products and expand our market presence in Kottayam Region. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and pharmacies while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and generate sales for surgical products in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, doctors, hospitals, and distributors
- Conduct regular doctor calls and hospital visits
- Present product features, benefits, and usage effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor activity details
- Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up
- Maintain daily call reports and sales records
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
- Candidates with experience in surgical or pharma sales will have added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
