Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Design Intern to help manage and grow Gulsabi’s digital presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, design, reels, social media trends, and visual storytelling. You will work closely with the founder to create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
You will help create visuals, edit content, schedule posts, and support the overall social media growth of the brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage daily social media posting activities
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Maintain consistency in posting and branding
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
Content Creation
- Create simple and visually appealing social media creatives
- Design posts, stories, banners, thumbnails, and reels
- Assist in creating educational and parent-focused content
- Support the creation of promotional materials for webinars, worksheets, and events
Reel & Video Support
- Edit short-form videos and reels
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, and basic motion graphics
- Create engaging Instagram reel content
- Assist in YouTube Shorts and social media video publishing
Brand & Visual Coordination
- Follow the Gulsabi visual style and branding guidelines
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and tone
- Help organize design assets and content folders
- Coordinate visual content for campaigns and launches
Social Media Growth Support
- Research current social media trends relevant to parents and kids
- Suggest creative content ideas regularly
- Help improve reach, engagement, and audience interaction
- Assist in campaign planning and execution
Performance Tracking
- Track post performance and engagement metrics
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Prepare simple reports on audience engagement and growth
RequirementsPreferred Skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Canva
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills
- Basic video editing knowledge
- Good understanding of social media trends
- Strong creativity and visual sense
- Organized and consistent with deadlines

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

- Adobe Express
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Premiere Pro
- AI-based creative tools

Students or recent graduates from:

Internship Details
