What we are looking for:
- 8 to 14 years of total work experience, with at least 6 years owning franchise development for a multi-unit retail, QSR, F&B, sweets, bakery, or organized retail brand.
- Personally led the opening of at least 50+ franchise stores in a leadership capacity
- Hands-on fluency with FOFO, FICO, and Master Franchise structures — including the commercial, legal, and operational nuances of each
Educational Background :
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 institute is preferred but not mandatory if compensated by depth of franchise development track record.
