We are looking for passionate and energetic GSA – F&B Service team members to join our brand-new luxury boutique property at Athirappilly.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, eagerness to learn, and a strong desire to grow in the field of Food & Beverage Service.
Eligibility :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Qualification in Hotel Management / F&B Service preferred.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Greet and escort guests to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when required.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware.
- Suggest menu recommendations and upsell additional items when appropriate.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or order slips.
- Communicate order details effectively with the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages professionally.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.
- Deliver bills and collect payments from guests.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery for cleaning.
