**Position:** HR Intern (Internship-to-Hire) **Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 3 Months (Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday – Saturday)
**Stipend Structure (Performance-Based):**
- 0 – 4 Successful Joinings: No Stipend
- 5 – 8 Successful Joinings: ₹3,000
- 9 – 12 Successful Joinings: ₹5,000
- 13 – 15 Successful Joinings: ₹7,500
- 16+ Successful Joinings: ₹10,000 + Best Performer Award
**Hiring Mode:** Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance
### Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain candidate database and support onboarding activities
- Coordinate with hiring teams and draft job descriptions
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Update recruitment trackers and maintain hiring records
### Requirements
- BBA/MBA (HR) or related educational background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Available for a full-time internship
**Note:** Interns must not ask candidates for any payment or charges during the recruitment process.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
