Job Responsibilities
Handle client queries via call, email, or chat.
Provide basic troubleshooting and resolve software-related issues.
Guide clients in using software features.
Maintain records of clients interactions.
Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Problem-solving attitude and patience.
Willingness to learn.
Basic Accounting knowledge
Qualification: Graduate (preferred).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
