Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience using the Naukri Recruiter Portal. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates using Naukri Recruiter Portal, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Perform resume search using advanced filters and Boolean search techniques.
- Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines on Naukri Portal.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules, offers, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and daily hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Recruiter Portal.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of recruitment experience.
- Proven experience using the Naukri Recruiter Portal for sourcing and hiring.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
