Job Summary:
RAVGroup India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls, promoting company services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
