Job Title: Academic Trainer – North (Based in Lucknow)
Location: Lucknow
Region Coverage: North India
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training modules aligned with K–12 academic standards.
- Conduct in-house training sessions and prepare detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Deliver online and offline training sessions for school teachers and submit structured training reports.
- Organize and conduct Parent Orientations, Webinars, and Workshops for Principals, Teachers, and Students.
- Facilitate Soft Skills Training programs for educators and school teams.
- Observe classroom teaching practices, provide constructive feedback, and prepare observation reports.
- Travel to schools across North India to conduct academic training sessions and academic audits.
- Manage and coordinate training calendars; ensure timely sharing of schedules with stakeholders.
- Support schools with guidance related to CBSE academic expectations and affiliation requirements.
- Lead and manage training teams to ensure smooth execution of academic initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must be based in Lucknow.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in the education sector, preferably as a Teacher Trainer in K–12 schools.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum framework and affiliation norms.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
- Strong team management and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
