We are looking for an energetic associate to drive smooth Patient Experience in the center, in line with the company policies and service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Ensure a smooth journey for patients visiting the center (OP/IP), by reducing wait time, anticipating needs and proactively solving queries.
- Patient Feedback: Collect and analyze patient feedback, identify trends and gaps, and solutions .
- Medical Record Management: Store patient information and records as per protocol: ensure that all information is recorded, stored and shared accurately and safely.
- Facility Management: Ensure Hygiene and upkeep of the center as per defined KPI/standards. Make sure that all assets are utilized efficiently, proactively address any equipment break downs.
- New Initiatives: Support the Manager, Operations in implementing new initiatives pertaining to service excellence, cost optimization etc.
Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- MBA/MHA from a reputed college/institution.
- Min. 2-5 years of experience in managing patient journey/floor coordination.
- Should have experience in service excellence and managing patient journey, floor management, patient coordination.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
