Route Academy is a leading skill development institution dedicated to empowering students with industry-oriented training and career opportunities. We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and build a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction.
- Handle end-to-end staff management for academic, administrative, sales, marketing, placement, and support teams.
- Design and implement staff training, orientation, professional development, and performance improvement programs.
- Develop and execute employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance through KPIs, appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
- Prepare and implement HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HRMIS records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and institutional HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Organize internal meetings, team-building activities, and HR-related events.
- Maintain confidential employee records and prepare HR reports for management.
- Support organizational growth by developing effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA (HR), or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the educational sector is mandatory.
- Proven experience in staff recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
