Role Overview
Seeking a strong, delivery-focused Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate combines sound project-management discipline with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce platforms, Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, and enterprise-scale execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce projects from planning and requirements through delivery, UAT, go-live, and post-production support.
- Define project plans, scope, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, QA, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, manage sprint plans and backlogs, and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
- Track project health, risks, issues, changes, budgets, and dependencies; drive timely mitigation and escalation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear functional and technical outcomes.
- Ensure high-quality delivery through effective governance, UAT coordination, release planning, and documentation.
- Provide clear status reporting to leadership and clients, including progress, risks, actions, and delivery forecasts.
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold delivery standards expected in an enterprise/MNC environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of overall IT project-management experience, including substantial Salesforce project delivery exposure.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations, integrations, enhancements, or support/transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or custom Salesforce development.
- Experience working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, APIs, and DevOps/release processes is highly desirable.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum delivery; experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, teams, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Prior experience with a reputed MNC is mandatory.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications are preferred.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
