The selected candidate shall be responsible for:

- Prepare annual curriculum plans, lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, competency-based assessments, and revision schedules.
- Deliver engaging, learner-centred, inquiry-based and activity-oriented classroom teaching.
- Develop students' Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening (LSRW) skills through innovative pedagogies.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations with excellent academic outcomes.
- Conduct remedial, enrichment and doubt-clearing classes.
- Integrate literature with communication, life skills, and real-life applications.
