We are looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Executive with 3–7 years of experience in Architectural Hardware, Building Materials, or Modular Hardware. The role involves driving sales, expanding the dealer/distributor network, managing channel partners, achieving territory sales targets, and strengthening market presence across Western and South Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills, along with a good understanding of the local market and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Readiness to travel within the region to drive sales – local travel involved Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Responsible to generate and drive sales from the assigned territory
- Responsible to appoint new dealers for the assigned territory
- Achieving Sales target and mapping potential market
- Conducting dealers meet to communicate about products and drive sales
- Channel Development & Dealer satisfaction
- Market study & research, competition benchmarking on an ongoing basis
- Building relations with external customers like dealers, distributors. – Revamp this line. Distributor/ sub dealer redressal
- Ensure timely collections & payments from the distributors/channel partners.
- Generating and monitoring ROI for all the dealers/distributors
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
