Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Compute Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization concepts related to compute services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within cloud-based environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify system anomalies.
- Experience in scripting or automation to streamline support tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Google Cloud Compute Services.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
