Job Responsibilities:
* Connect with prospective students from various countries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, and other communication channels.
* Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, webinars, referrals, social media, and inquiries.
* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and certification programs.
* Explain course curriculum, benefits, pricing, enrollment process, and learning outcomes.
* Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
* Handle objections confidently and convert inquiries into enrollments.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with admissions, academic, and support teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
* Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
* Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings to improve performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential Skills:
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and professional phone presence.
* Ability to build rapport quickly with international clients.
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
* Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively.
* Comfortable working across different time zones when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in International Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Overseas Education, Immigration Consulting, SaaS Sales, or High-Ticket Sales.
* Experience handling clients from the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Europe, or other international markets will be highly preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
* Graduate in any discipline.
