The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the front office. The role involves interacting with clients or guests, managing incoming calls, and ensuring that the front office area is organized, welcoming, and professional.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, or visitors in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, including providing relevant information about services and amenities.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Respond to emails and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
- Provide assistance and resolve concerns or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a customer service or front office role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
