Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and attracting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments.
- Prepare and publish job postings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interview round.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
- Maintain interview records and candidate feedback.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
Selection & Offer Management
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms within approved guidelines.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain recruitment-related records and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
