Key Responsibilities
1. Property Sourcing & Market Research
- Travel across Chhattisgarh and other states to identify and source land parcels, commercial spaces, retail units, industrial properties, and institutional assets.
- Conduct market research and build a verified database of properties available for sale, lease, or strategic collaboration.
2. Client Coordination & Relationship Management
- Interact with corporates, brands, investors, developers, landlords, and property owners to understand their requirements.
- Present suitable property options, address client queries, and ensure smooth communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.
3. Site Visits & Property Evaluation
- Conduct site visits to assess property suitability and collect technical, commercial, and legal information.
- Capture geo-tagged photographs and videos and prepare detailed site visit reports and property evaluation summaries.
4. Transaction Coordination
- Support negotiations between property owners and clients for lease, sale, or collaboration agreements.
- Coordinate documentation, legal verification, approvals, and other transaction-related formalities with internal and external stakeholders.
5. End-to-End Deal Management
- Manage the complete transaction process from property sourcing to successful deal closure.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with all stakeholders and coordinate brokerage documentation and invoicing.
6. Reporting & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of property inventory, daily travel logs, and site visit reports.
- Share regular MIS reports and transaction updates with senior management and the deal team.
- Ensure all property data is updated and maintained in the company's database and CRM system.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
