We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, with the ability to generate and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels
- Follow up with assigned leads and maintain regular communication
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
- Convince prospects and convert them into successful closures
- Maintain records of leads, interactions, and conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
