Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager – Field Sales
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Customer Relationship Manager to lead a high-performing field sales team and accelerate growth of our E-Notary & Law Tribe platform across your assigned region. This is a 60% field-based, senior leadership role — you will be on the ground every day, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure while building, coaching, and pushing your team to consistently hit targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lead pipeline across your territory — from street-level prospecting to final closure
- Be physically present in the field daily, personally stepping in to drive high-value or stalled accounts across the finish line
- Lead, mentor, and provide on-ground strategic direction to your field CRE team every single day
- Identify pipeline bottlenecks in real time and resolve them proactively to ensure faster turnaround on leads
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene — track, review, and report on field activity and pipeline health accurately
- Set weekly on-ground targets for the team, conduct field reviews, and actively coach under-performers
- Serve as the bridge between field realities and internal stakeholders — relay product feedback and shape territory strategy
Who You Are
- A hands-on sales leader who leads from the front — you don't manage from a desk, you manage from the field
- Proven experience managing a field sales team of 3 or more for at least 2 years
- Sharp at pipeline management, reporting, and making data-driven decisions on the go
- Naturally motivating — you know how to keep a field team energized, focused, and accountable
- Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, LegalTech, or FinTech field sales is strongly preferred
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (minimum)
- Total Experience: 4–5 years in sales, with significant field sales exposure
- Team Handling: Minimum 2 years of direct field team management (mandatory)
