Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Structural BIM team, providing guidance and mentorship toteam members. Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensureconsistency and efficiency across projects. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to define BIMrequirements and deliverables for each project. Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy,completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Conduct regular model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve designconflicts. Coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors to integrate their models intothe overall BIM environment. Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and methodologies. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology,recommending tools and techniques to enhance productivity and quality. Act as a liaison between the BIM team and other stakeholders, fostering collaborationand communication throughout the project lifecycle
