Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Administrative Support
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Coordinate courier services, mail distribution, and document handling.
- Maintain office records, contact databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other administrative tasks when required.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between visitors, employees, and management.
- Support HR and Administration teams with employee onboarding and office-related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information.
Office Management
- Monitor office supplies and raise requisitions when required.
- Assist in maintaining office security and access control procedures.
- Support event coordination, meetings, and internal communication activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
