Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Velachery.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain customer details and update call records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements.
- Build good relationships with customers through professional communication.
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, or related roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil and English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
