HV Vertex Electronics is looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Intern to spearhead the management and optimization of our Sales & Marketing teams. In this role, you will act as a bridge between management and the sales workforce, ensuring high team performance, streamlined operations, and target-oriented execution.
This is a high-impact, 2-month internship designed to evaluate your leadership and operational capabilities. Successful completion of targets will lead to a permanent, fixed-salary position with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Oversee, guide, and mentor the sales and marketing teams provided by the company to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics of team members against assigned targets.
- Operational Support: Address team grievances, streamline internal workflows, and resolve operational bottlenecks hindering sales and marketing efforts.
- Target Alignment: Ensure all team members understand their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and actively drive them toward achieving company milestones.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management regarding team output, challenges, and overall progress during the 2-month evaluation window.
