About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and socially driven individuals to support school outreach and student engagement initiatives across assigned regions. This role involves regular coordination with schools, field visits, documentation, and assisting in the smooth execution of student-focused programs.
Educational Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Organizational Psychology, or allied fields.
- Freshers with relevant internships, volunteer work, or NGO exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience (0–2 years) in outreach, community programs, education initiatives, or grassroots projects will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working directly with students, teachers, and school management teams.
- Candidates should be open to frequent local travel for field activities.
- A personal two-wheeler is mandatory for travel-related responsibilities.
- Appointment will be on a renewable contractual engagement of one year.
- Selected candidates will be required to complete safeguarding and verification formalities.
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in spoken Marathi and Hindi is essential.
- Understanding regional communication styles or local dialects will be beneficial.
Preferred Competencies
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse communities and educational stakeholders.
- Confidence in handling group interactions and activity-based sessions.
- Organized approach toward reporting, coordination, and scheduling.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for maintaining records.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities during field operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate with partner schools regarding permissions, scheduling, and program execution.
- Maintain and update student participation records for assigned schools.
- Support planning and coordination of field visits with the internal program team.
- Assist in orientation sessions and communication with teachers and school representatives.
- Provide operational support during workshops, trainings, and student activities.
- Track participation in activities, assignments, and engagement exercises.
- Conduct student interaction and wellbeing engagement activities where required.
- Document field activities through photographs/videos after obtaining consent.
- Upload reports, attendance records, and field documentation to shared systems.
- Ensure timely reporting and smooth execution of on-ground activities.
Additional Details
- Preference may be given to candidates residing in or willing to relocate near Panvel.
- This position requires regular travel and physical presence at schools and community locations.
