Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Consultants to join us on a commission-only basis. This is a high-earning opportunity for experienced sales professionals who have the capability to hunt and close high-value B2B deals in the IT System Integration space.
You will act as an independent consultant and earn attractive commissions on every successful project you bring and close.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, generate, and qualify high-potential leads for IT infrastructure and system integration projects
Understand client’s business challenges and present tailored IT solutions
Prepare professional proposals, quotations, technical presentations, and RFP responses
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-Level, IT Heads, Purchase Heads)
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in IT Solution Sales / System Integration Sales
Strong existing network in Corporate, Government, Education, or Healthcare sectors (preferred)
Good technical understanding of Networking, Servers, Cloud, Security, CCTV, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation & closing skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on pure commission basis
Own laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
Compensation
Pure Commission Model (No fixed salary)
Very Attractive Commission Percentage on every closed deal
