Eligibility:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- Minimum 1–2 years ICU experience
- Sound knowledge of critical care protocols
- Ability to handle ventilators and ICU equipment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous nursing care to critically ill patients
- Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities promptly
- Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed
- Assist doctors during emergencies and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and handovers
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
Skills Required:
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork
