Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with customers, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. This role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service departments. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems. Track sales targets and prepare sales performance reports. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues. Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations. Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documentation. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock availability. Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and feedback
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
