About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns while creating the systems and attribution frameworks needed to measure performance accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Microsoft/Bing Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities
- Improve key metrics including CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and appointment quality
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Perform A/B testing on audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers
- Create performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
GoHighLevel (GHL) & Marketing Automation
- Build and maintain funnels and landing pages within GoHighLevel
- Configure CRM pipelines, lead stages, and opportunity management
- Create workflows and automation sequences
- Set up email and SMS nurturing campaigns
- Manage appointment booking systems and calendar integrations
- Support AI-powered automations where applicable
Tracking, Attribution & Reporting
- Implement and maintain tracking systems across advertising platforms
- Configure UTM structures and attribution frameworks
- Ensure accurate lead source reporting and conversion tracking
- Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide clear visibility into campaign performance
- Identify gaps in attribution and recommend improvements
Client Support (Occasional)
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns for select agency clients as required
- Collaborate with internal account managers and marketing teams
- Participate in campaign reviews and performance discussions
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC and performance marketing experience
- Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Experience building workflows, automations, funnels, and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of lead attribution and conversion tracking
- Experience with appointment-generation and lead-generation campaigns
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency-side experience with B2B lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Experience integrating CRM, advertising, and reporting systems
- Experience implementing AI-powered workflows and automations
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
