Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our team in designing and developing plastic extrusion machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative designs, improving existing products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality machinery that meets customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development
- Design and develop new equipment
- Modify and improve existing designs
- Develop and maintain detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot design-related issues and provide solutions to production and quality teams
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, regulations, and company quality policies
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficiency in design software and design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
