We are looking for a proactive and organized Academic Coordinator to oversee academic operations, manage faculty schedules, monitor student progress, and ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic schedules, batches, and trainer assignments.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and course progress.
- Support and coordinate with trainers to ensure quality training delivery.
- Handle student queries, feedback, and retention activities.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assessments, certifications, and academic milestones.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve academic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in academic coordination, education, or training management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
