About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Support Consultant to assist our clients in maximizing the value of our HRTech SaaS platform. You will be the first point of contact for client queries, helping them resolve issues, adopt features, and optimize HR processes like Payroll, T&A, and HRMS.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide timely support to clients via email, chat, and calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRTech system issues.
- Guide clients through workflows, product features, and best practices.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and refresher trainings for users.
- Document client interactions and contribute to knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams for continuous improvement.
Key Metrics You’ll Drive:
- Client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)
- Ticket resolution time and SLA adherence
- Product adoption and recurring issue reduction

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
