We are seeking a professional and organised front office assistant to support daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, maintaining visitor records, coordinating guest reception activities, and providing administrative support to ensure a positive experience for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Monitor, respond to, and forward emails to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests and guide them as required.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and records in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate guest refreshments and ensure meeting rooms are prepared when required.
- Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier deliveries, and packages.
- Maintain front office supplies and report replenishment requirements.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry and document filing.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Follow company policies regarding confidentiality, workplace conduct, and data protection.
Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, customer service, or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
