Role Purpose
Looking for Qualified Company Secretaries to join our Secretarial team. This offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while ensuring strong corporate governance and regulatory compliance in a listed organization.
Key Accountability
Preparation of board packs including agenda and minutes for Board and Committee meetings.
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate governance requirements, statutory regulations, Companies Act, and internal policies in a listed environment.
Support secretarial co-ordination with regulators and key stakeholders.
Regulatory aspects governing ESOPs and the compliances mandated under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations including coordination with internal teams and external service providers, in this regard
Maintain statutory records, filings, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Experience with well established Listed organization
Qualifications
- Member of the ICSI
- Graduate in Commerce, law, management or related discipline
- Relevant post qualification experience in corporate secretarial, governance and compliance functions, preferably in the Insurance/Financial Service sector (Preferable)
Skills & Attributes
7-10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a listed company.
Strong understanding of corporate laws, governance practices, and regulatory frameworks.
Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
