Job Description – HR Executive( Ahmedabad Only)
Position Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting Human Resources operations and office administration for Aimler Solutions and its affiliates. The role involves recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll support, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms for India and US hiring requirements.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, joining formalities, and employee records.
- Update and maintain employee information in ERP and HR management systems.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR matters.
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and employee databases.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), onboarding platforms, payroll software, and ERP systems.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
- Assist in maintaining vendor agreements, HR-related documentation, and office records.
- Support office administration activities, including procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational policies.
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skill Sets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Experience working with US-based companies will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR documentation.
- Good knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
