We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist with clinic/hospital experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling front office operations, patient coordination, appointments, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries
- Maintain patient records and front office documents
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments regarding appointments and patient flow
- Handle billing support and payment follow-ups if required
- Ensure reception area is clean and well organized
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Support daily administrative and operational activities of the clinic
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of clinic/hospital reception experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, billing software, etc.)
- Pleasing personality and professional behavior
- Ability to handle patients politely and efficiently
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
