Telemarketing Executive – PCD Pharma
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our growing PCD Pharma company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our pharma franchise business, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to doctors, distributors, stockists, wholesalers, and pharma franchise prospects across India.
- Explain company products, franchise opportunities, and promotional schemes.
- Generate new business leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or PCD Pharma sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and internet usage.
- Strong sales attitude and ability to work towards targets.
