Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 2 Years
Key Responsibilities Areas:
- Generate business through online portals like Upwork, PPH & Guru.
- Find the right jobs and write proposals for them.
- Analyze client requirements and project specifications.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for bidding.
- Negotiate with clients to close deals successfully.
- We require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work closely with the technical and project management teams to understand deliverables and timelines for accurate project estimations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure proper branding and visibility on bidding platforms.
- Prepare and present reports on bidding activity, project outcomes, and revenue targets.
- Experience with Pre- Sales. Having experience in Post- Sales can be a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in online bidding or business development.
- Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, PPH & Guru..).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and technologies (e.g., web development, mobile apps, software solutions).
- Ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
