Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive retail sales across Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing dealer, distributor, and retailer networks, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales targets for plywood, laminates, acrylic sheets, and related interior products. This role requires extensive field travel across Gujarat and strong relationship-building skills within the building materials and interior products industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, retailer, and channel partner network across Gujarat.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market share.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and projects.
- Promote company products including plywood, laminates, acrylic sheets, and related products.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and distributors.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and technical guidance where required.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
- Share market feedback and business insights with management.
Sales Operations
- Ensure timely order collection and follow-up for dispatches.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Track outstanding payments and support collection activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, inquiries, and sales activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM and maintain customer databases.
- Report sales performance, market developments, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager/Sales Head.
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of plywood, laminates, acrylic sheets, furniture materials, or building products.
- Strong network in retail and dealer sales is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Gujarat.

Pay: ₹12,548.65 - ₹42,392.63 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rajkot, Gujarat (Rajkot)
